rVirogen is developing Panectin®, an oncolytic virus targeting Nectin-4, to create new treatment options for difficult-to-treat cancers. We are currently pursuing early PoC in BCG-unresponsive NMIBC as our priority indication, while building a global development infrastructure for future expansion into Nectin-4-positive solid tumors.
For detailed financial information, please contact us directly. Below is an overview of development progress.
Nectin-4-positive solid tumors, 6 patients. No DLTs were observed.
A combined Ph.1b/Ph.2 study in BCG-unresponsive NMIBC is planned in Australia and the US, evaluating safety and efficacy of intravesical administration.
We aim to demonstrate clinical proof-of-concept (PoC) in NMIBC.
We are working to validate the clinical value of Panectin® at the earliest opportunity while building a global development foundation through partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, CDMOs, and CROs. We will explore diverse options to maximize the value of Panectin, including co-development, license-out, and strategic investment.
If you are interested in co-development, licensing, or strategic investment, please feel free to reach out.
